Delete your Nagorik Life account
Whether you created your account in the app or on the website, you can delete it yourself at any time. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
In the app
- Open the Nagorik Life app and sign in.
- Go to “My account”.
- Tap “Delete my account” and confirm.
On the website
- Sign in here the same way you sign in to the app (Google, Apple or email).
- On the “My reports” page, choose “Delete my account” and confirm.
What is deleted
Your email address, mobile number, display name and sign-in account.
What is kept
Your reports, comments and “still there / fixed now” answers are part of the public record of the authorities’ work, so they stay, anonymised, without your name. Nothing that links them to you remains.
Before deleting, you can download a copy of all your data from the same page with “Download my data”.
