What Nagorik Life is
Nagorik Life (nagorik.life and the “Nagorik Life” apps) is a free civic platform run by Walletmix Limited. You can report local problems and praise good work; reports go to the responsible authority and their progress is public. It is not an app of any government agency.
Your account
You need to sign in to report, comment or answer neighbour checks. Use your own account, for yourself, with accurate information. You can delete your account at any time.
Zero tolerance
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Not allowed: insults, threats, hateful or discriminatory language; accusing a private individual by name or publishing anyone’s personal data (phone, address, photos); sexual or violent content; political campaigning; false reports; spam and advertising; images you have no right to share. Such content is removed and the accounts responsible may be suspended.
Reporting and blocking
Every report and comment has a “Report” option. Moderators review reports within 24 hours. When several citizens report the same content, it is hidden until it has been reviewed. You can hide (block) a person’s comments or reports for yourself.
Your content
Your reports, photos and comments remain yours. By publishing them you allow Nagorik Life to show them, share them with the responsible authority and connected city platforms, and use them in anonymous statistics. Reports you mark private are seen only by you and the authority concerned.
Emergencies
Nagorik Life is not an emergency service. If life or property is at risk, call 999.
Liability
Authorities decide when and how they act; we cannot guarantee that a problem is fixed. The service is provided as is.
